โThis is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. Beyond that it was easy to get to the room with the code for two outer doors and two internal doors. The stair way isnt great if you have a heavy/big suitcase. "Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more.
