"Rather run down establishment. My pre-booked business suit was surprisingly suddenly not available and I was downgraded to a standard room with no offer to refund the difference in price. Best available was a “drinks credit” which is from a business standpoint simply unacceptable. The bar staff could not mix a Margarita to save their lives. Not impressed. Please avoid. "

Unfortunately they only provided one key which meant we couldn’t achieve what we wanted as had to leave together otherwise there would be no power / lights for the other persons "

"I was particularly concerned that my credit card was taken into a separate room at check-in. Most irregular. It is hard to know if the property is being redecorated or just in a permanent state of decline. Cabinetry was falling apart, shower door was unhinged. New bathroom door was 1/2 painted. Windows were filthy. But .... new vinyl, carpet and microwave. Cleaning solution smell was overpowering. Plates were dirty in the cupboards. Don't think I will be staying again."
