“The hotel was all we hoped for on a stopover for our Yorkshire road trip. The food was excellent and the hotel was well situated with good parking and ev charging to top us up on our way. We loved the White Company toiletries.”

La chambre est vieille il y a des grosses traces d’humidité sur les murs et les wc étaient sales. Le lit est la seule chose propre et confortable. Les chambres sont mal isolées et au dessus du pub. On entend la musique du pub dans les chambres. ”

“Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. ”

“While the room was cheap it wasn’t very clean the shower was filthy the windows was filthy the vinyl the soap dispensers was very dirty, had a hand towel with the edges all frailed at the ends no light as you come out the room onto the landing I was left a soft brown banana that was left for the breakfast two days in a row and a slight brown apple . The breakfast sandwich was a cold defrosted bacon and sausage sandwich with the date it was frozen or defrosted on it I can’t remember. I’ve stayed...
