"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Hotel. Will definitely return. The staff in all areas were great from check in to bar/restaurant.
One area I do feel could be looked at is breakfast. As we were travelling with our 2 small dogs we sit in a separate area from where breakfast is served. This is perfectly understandable however, it’s quite the trek from the breakfast room to where pet owners sit. If you can get a tray to help carry your Coffee/Juice/Toast etc you need to be travelling with someone so they can sit with your pet while you go to the breakfast room. Plus you are walking through a very busy reception area. A suggestion would be that those guests travelling with pets could receive table service in order to avoid the many challenges we encountered at breakfast."

"Breakfast was very good, it should be for £18 ! But iguess is the going rate. We had a sea view balcony room, i felt there should be a fridge and a few more useful bits in the bathroom. No water or Internet unless you join the meropol club. Staff were very helpful and friendly, can't fault them. "
"Great position on the sea front. Clean and comfy rooms. Helpful reception staff. Great breakfast. Ample but tight parking spaces, got an XC90 in though. We are returning customers 😊"
"Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit worse for wear (side table missing a leg, chair for table very unstable and the bathroom taps were degrading). However, bedding was clean and plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. For the price we paid, it was good quality."
