"We arrived a bit earlier to sort out the parking and the receptionist was so helpful and pleasant. We found a parking place on the square and she loaded the app and helped my husband to make the payment. It was £17 for 24hrs and we could not thank her enough, she also took in our luggage. She also offered to add more parking for us if we stayed longer than 24 hrs. Unfortunately we cannot remember her name but a wonderful member of staff. The position is so close to all the main sites to visit and really close to the seafront. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for your stay even a canister of water, fridge, coffee tea etc iron and board. We had a really cute window seat in the bay window and a slight view of the sea. The breakfast was from 8am to 10 am and consisted of continental and cooked breakfast and cold meats, cheese,fruits and croissants. The staff also in the breakfast room were helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay again when in Brighton."
