Lovely boutique hotel within easy each of shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely comfortable room and very friendly and courteous staff. We found a parking nearby which was convenient although not cheap at £17.50 for 24 hours.

The charm lives up to its name. It is a warm and welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Fantastic location with everything in walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic with super crispy hash browns. We can’t wait to come back thank you an amazing stay

Beautiful place. Large bed room, large bathroom and lovely bed. Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast. Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops). Would definitely stay here again.
