Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay”

“Beautiful, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. 10 minutes Walking distance from Hove station and 20 Minutes to Brighton, although also close to the bus routes. Liz and Dexter were friendly and welcoming. Our en-suite double room had a small fridge with tea and coffee facilities with a small kitchenette across the hall. “The hotel was just a short walk from the beach front and a number of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was nicely decorated, check in was a breeze. The room was a little compact but comfortable. I had data issues in my room.”

“This is a great place to stay in Brighton walking distance to everything However the owners & staff make this into a superb hotel - nothing is too much trouble for the team who are outstanding hosts I’d throughly recommend staying here I literally can’t find a single fault ”
