"The staff were helpful and friendly. The full English breakfast was delicious. There were other options but I didn't try them as my trip had a lot of walking so I wanted a good start. The room was clean and had all I needed, but It was more suitable for an overnight stay. It was a single room as requested but it was very small for me with limited storage as I stayed for 4 nights. I didn't have a balcony which didn't matter as was out all day and back when dark. Overall a good stay and seafront location"
"We really enjoyed our stay, from the moment we checked in. We were shown to our room, which was on the ground floor. The bedroom was welcoming, the bed was comfortable, water in the fridge and a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to use when we wanted to make a hot drink. The hotel provides nice amenities and nice big fluffy towels. the breakfast was very good, there is a very choice of different options on offer and the staff were very friendly and we look forward to staying again."
"Great location with OK rooms. Not fully functional elevator and a lot of stairs to the 4th floor.
A bit strange and not very intuitive breakfast setup - with a mix of serving some guests while others prepared their own food in the same place. Should be more separate and more information about what to expect here. I would not call this a "lovely continental breakfast" - and the cleaning in the breakfast room was not up to the standards it should be."
"Staff were Amazing I contacted them as we were taking part in the London to Brighton cycle ride and needed to get our luggage to the hotel as there was no luggage transfer with the event. Alice from the hotel was so helpful and allowed us to send down our luggage the day before and stored it for us until we arrived. Took away a lot of stress so thank you so much for"
"Comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities in room, decent shower. Rooms basic but clean, buildings are in need of TLC.
Plus points for being close to beach, pier and town centre where there is a good variety of shops, restaurants and bars"
"Staff were very helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here i did book a standard room but we were put in a basic room the man on the desk did explain why and gave me some money back. The room was basically clean. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot but it was plentiful. We would still stay here again as it is central to amenities."
