“No early check in or late check out. When checking in early, they said “your room is guaranteed at 3pm”. At 3pm they said your room is not ready and so we upgraded you to a sea view room. Got to the room, it’s a wall view room with one less bed.. we booked a room with two king size beds and got 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. When called multiple times, nobody picked up the phone. When requesting late check out they said “we have given away too many late check outs already “, are you kidding me?? Staff...

“The basic room was functional with everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and everything we needed was provided. There wasn’t any noise to disturb us and the check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. All in all a good stay.”
