The property is great Great ammenities with everything including huge pool , deck , cinema, gym, cocktail bar all exclusive for patrons The only thing which is personal is that an apartment block has gone up and looks straight in at most windows especially the bedrooms but does not block the magnificent view I wish there was a 99% review of hotel as marking a whole point down for something as ridiculous as the apartments opposite is not fair

The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed. My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling. Would have been nice if the pool was heated, but we used the spa instead. Conveniently located for where we were headed and valet parking cost wwa covered by a promo they were running which was great! All in all a great stay, highly recommend.

Although our room was a bit dated with its decor it was spotlessly clean. Worth staying just for the amazing rooftop pool. Walking distance to all that Fortitude Valley has to offer. Loved our weekend away and will be back.

The layout of the apartment is very user friendly, spacious comfortable. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Valet parking was efficient, would highly recommend this stay.

Check in: Loading zones weren't easy to get a park in to check in due to other people checking in and also a few delivery cars parked there. Staff were lovely and lobby area was nice and clean. Room: The room we stayed in was right above a restaurant so there was noise from there but quietened down later in the night. Just incase you are a light sleeper. Room was ok for what we needed it for. Parts of the room bedroom were not practical, the full length mirror is blocked by the bed, there is no space in the bedroom to use the luggage stand. There was also a slight step down from the bathroom into the adjoining bedroom but no warning of it, so a bit of a trip hazard. No fans for airflow so had to have the a/c on the entire time. Full kitchen and laundry in the room. Location: Well located in Fortitude Valley, close to restaurants, bars, train station. Internet was patchy so couldn't always connect.

Great room just not my area

The hotel staff were fantastic. The location was good however a lot of homeless in the street outside. Parking was offsite and I was not going out at night with the vibe outside. Ok during the day but people asking for money and a lot of police around. Adult clubs close by so it had that seedy vibe. The hotel has 3 towers and confusing if instructions aren’t your thing.

Night at Peppers

Received a complimentary upgrade so had an enclosed balcony which was a really nice addition. We had a 2 bedroom unit. Very clean, comfy beds and sofa bed was great quality. Rain shower was not great. Low flow to the extreme. Staff weee very friendly and helpful. Found valet parking a bit expensive but lined the convenience. Location was perfect. Train station with a supermarket and eateries down the street. Would definitely stay again.

Reception staff wonderful. Studio apartment ok but no view except building works opposite who would be able to see right in. Couch and rug needs cleaning or replacing and floor didn't look clean. Everything else clean and comfortable. View from roof top pool wonderful unfortunately it was raining when we wanted to use it.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment room in forester hall. Didn't realise this had no view when booking just streets buses and construction. After initial disappointment with view we found The room had great soundproofing Next to train station. Train station attracts derolics outside but we knew this before our stay, security in the hotel was fine. It was clean, small intercity apartment. With everything in it, Rooftop pool was excilent. Apon check out an susiquant communication Staff refused to tell us if our room has been checked.reciting a 72 hr policy not to release security deposit. Weird behaviour around security deposit.

Decided to treat myself for my birthday with an overnight stay somewhere in Brisbane with my sisters. Haven’t stayed at Peppers before and oh my goodness I will choose FV over and over again!!! The entire process was absolutely faultless! Special mention to Guest Services Agent Hayley Vanderlaan for replying to my email super fast with answers for everything! Booking, cost, check in, valet, our stay (with late check out) facilities & check out was phenomenal!! When I first opened the door to our room I was greeted with a balloon, bottle of bubbly, chocolates & a beautifully thoughtful hand written birthday card from staff. You guys are legends!! Thank you so so much for such a professional & special experience! Oh, we’ll be back! 100% recommend to anyone!! Thank you!!!!
