Perfect location right downtown, opposite Roma Parkland. The room outlook was pleasant and tranquil (especially considering the downtown location!) and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!
The hotel is well located and close to the CBD, with a free bus from the front door.
We found that the cafe service was slow and the food was barely lukewarm when it arrived.
Everything else was fine
We have stayed here several times and everything is always amazing. This time it was our 25th wedding anniversary and the staff sent up a sweet plate for us to share and a beautiful card. We will always choose Mercure Spring Hill when staying in Brisbane.
A pleasant stay in Spring Hill, Brisbane. Well located, close to Roma St station, but be prepared to push/haul luggage uphill or grab a taxi/uber. Nice rooms with friendly helpful staff. We were located on the ground floor, close to reception and the pool/gym access. This made it noisy as the hallway was had a bad echo and our room door didn’t seal against the frame. Overall happy and would stay again.
The junior room was fantastic. Great location to the parks and the CBD. Its sat on a hill so does have an incline so wouldn’t suit mobility issues. Otherwise lovely hotel located on a free bus route into the CBD
Very well situated to the CBD and Specialist Hospitals on Wickham Terrace. Meals were good, (experienced dinner & breakfast) and staff helpful and polite. Rooms were good, but pillows were a little hard and had trouble with the liquid soap not working in shower and hand basin. Left message for cleaning staff. Would stay there again.
My experience at the Mercure was wonderful, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and the bed was so comfortable.
There was a pair of old socks left in the corner of our room and a half eaten can of pringles in the bedside drawer. Everything looked very clean and tidy however.
Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The location was perfect for my needs, the free public loop bus was available from the front of the hotel which took you to the city, but it was also a short 8 minute walk as well. Acces to Roma st station was easy. The rooms were well.apponted, clean and comfortable. All staff were welcoming. The onsite restaurant eas excellent for both dinner and breakfast. On my last day I had an early flight and the the dining area for breakfast wasnt opened but the staff understood and provided me with a breakfast box to take away which was amazing. Highly recommended.
Amazing stay. Check-in was simple, the room was clean and had a lovely view of the city and mountains further away. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing. After a smooth checkout, we left and realised I had left my engagement ring in the room! We raced back to the hotel and the staff were busy as it was a Saturday, but they managed to make time to retrieve my ring for me! Very very thankful. Overall, a really great experience and I will be staying again!
New renovations have made this property absolutely stunning. The staff were all so lovely and very helpful. Beautiful pool area and views from the bar were fabulous. The carpark is a nightmare but the rooms staff and amenities definitely make up for it.
