Such a pleasant stay, staff were amazing, the room was clean and tidy very comfortable beds. Food is really good. We ate in the restaurant and had breakfast. Excellent location would highly recommend staying at this hotel again.

When I booked it was a Radisson Blu but it’s now called the Majestic Hotel, nobody had informed me, so there was a bit of confusion when the uber dropped me there. The hotel itself is excellent, great location, very nice rooms, good selection at breakfast and the air conditioning was a godsend on a very hot weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again next time I’m in Bristol.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great location, friendly staff, but rooms need a refresh We had an overnight stay and overall enjoyed our visit. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bristol, ideally situated for the Bristol Hippodrome, Broadmead and Broad Quay, with its excellent choice of cafés, bars and restaurants. The hotel is no longer part of the Radisson Blu group, which is a shame, as the main public areas still have the feel of a good-quality city-centre hotel. Reception, the bar and restaurant are all well presented and welcoming. Unfortunately, the bedrooms don’t quite match the standard of the public areas. Our room was clean and functional, but the décor is looking tired and would benefit from a complete refresh, particularly the carpets, paintwork and furnishings. Breakfast was very good, with a well-presented selection of hot and cold options, plus freshly cooked omelettes available on request. Everything was fresh, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and welcoming, which made a positive impression throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay in an excellent location. With some investment in refreshing the bedrooms, this could be a really impressive Bristol city-centre hotel. Four stars from us — the location, breakfast and staff were excellent; it’s simply the tired appearance of the rooms that lets it down.

Surprised to find on arrival that this is no longer a Raddison hotel. It is now owned by Majestic. Not much has changed since our last stay and the booking was ok but I am surprised the hotel or Expedia did not let us know. The breakfast was quite basic.

Great location but the hotel was tired and despite booking a family room we had to speak to reception a number of times to make the sofa bed and bring towels for everyone. Staff were very attentive but the hotel has seen better days. Definately not a 4 star standard on my opinion.

The room was spotless, clean and spacious. Very disappointed that the fridge was removed Staff were superb. It’s a shame there are no plug sockets closer to the bed but that’s trivial. I would recommend to reserve parking under the hotel which is very secure as spaces are limited

This hotel is no longer called the Radisson blue, its now the Majestic Hotel, think its been taken ocer by new company, Expedia didnt tell us and poor staff had to re add and ensure booking was on there as we booked in Nov. Was worried our room kight not exist. Room was spacious but in need of modernisation, ie no plug sockets or USB by beds, design etc starting to show its age, bed was comfy. Didn't pay extra for breakfast so cant comment on that or other facilities. Great location for centre of bristol and staff helpful, Expedia or whoever owns booking for the hotel on this site should update and let anyone booked with the old details know of the change.
