A gem

I was attracted to the property by the availability of secure off-street parking which I found to be very easy to use and good value. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed and made made an excellent base for leisure combined with business. Would definitely use again.

very clean flat, central, well equipped kitchen. Even supplied fairy liquid, washing machine and dishwasher soap. comfy bed and enough storage space. Only downside is close to hospital so can be noisy with ambulance sirens

City centre with basement car park

Excellent trip from start to finish. Apartment was just as described. Complimentary teas and coffee and biscuits as well as cleaning products in kitchen and hygiene products in bathroom. Apartment is very central. Very close to National bus station and 10 minute walk to the centre of town and you can park (additional cost) in the building’s basement car park .

Marvelous stay

Firstly, great price. This has got to be hands down the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in. Perfect location, literally 4minutes from the coach station, 10-15minutes from Temple mead. Right next to Tescos n the town centre. Beautiful property, clean, bright, felt like a home. My new Bristol spot to stay. Loved it. Doors opened ont a courtyard. Super secure entry. Just a lovely place. Even though its Student central, it was so peaceful, no offense to students lol.

Late checkout!

We had paid extra for a late check out on Sunday. At 10am the cleaner unlocked our door and came into the apartment saying “checkout”. She was very apologetic and it wasn’t her fault if she hadn’t been told. Quite unnerving to hear someone unlocking your door 😟

Noisy and Unfriendly Management

This was a terrible stay for the following reasons: We could not sleep at night for 3 days because of bird noise at night continuously. This was not mentioned when we were booking this property. To make matters even worse, the property management company mentioned that we might have to replace used towels because my daughter used them to wipe makeup!!!!!. REALLY!!

The Team were very responsive. The flat was in great condition and well-appointed. The team dealt with any minor issues that arose professionally and quickly. The flat has Netflix/Spotify/Airplay, DVDs and Books to read. I could spend a lot longer there given the chance.

Great apt for working vacation!

If you need an apartment stay for work or family, this is a great place. Super location, spotless, large and convenient apartment was excellent for Work-from-home during vacation. Visiting our son for Bristol U "graduation," both my wife and I had to work and the excellent Wifi and spacious apt allowed us both to be on calls at the same time. Amenities, like tea and cookies and a washer and fan, also made the stay very nice. My son questioned the location but it was perfect, on the nice end of Jamaica street and steps from the bus station. The office communication was excellent and they worked it out for us to extend by a day without even having to shift rooms. We would stay here again for sure.

Bristol

Bristol è una cittadina piccola ma carina, sede di 2 università quindi frequentata da molti giovani. La location in particolare è vicina a molti edifici dedicati alle varie facoltà, è molto vicina anche al centro commerciale Cabot Circus ma anche al centro città. L'appartamento è inserito in un edificio molto simile agli alloggi studenteschi. Lo abbiamo trovato molto comodo, le 2 stanze ed i 2 bagni non sono grandissimi ma comunque molto organizzati. L'unico appunto che possiamo fare è che i 2 letti che dovrebbero essere matrimoniali risultano un po' piccoli soprattutto corti. La zona living con angolo cottura invece è spaziosa e ben fornita. Ci siamo trovati bene. Abbiamo dato il massimo del punteggio a tutte le voci tranne alla pulizia ma non per quanto riguarda l'appuntamento piuttosto per l'interno dell'edificio che risulta un po' trascurato, soprattutto la moquette dei corridoi. Per il resto tutto bene.
