After a four hour drive.
We booked in and was given room 92 which was a double room with a small double bed and about 10sqm.
We paid for a deluxe double which is a 20sqn and comes with a queen size bed
I went down to the reception to complain and was told all rooms were booked and no alternative was available.
A member of management who was on duty at the time tried to fob me off and speak to me like some sort of idiot, telling me all rooms are similar in dimensions and bed sizes.
I've been in the construction industry for years and I do know the difference of square meters and bed sizes.
After showing him the room on there website what we paid for he offered us room 15 which was available all of a sudden.
On inspection of room 15,it had a queen size bed and was double the floor space as room 92
I went back down to reception and told the manager in charge this is what we paid for and he didn't have the decency to apologise and
Say sorry we made a mistake.
Secondly the main reason we booked this hotel it was offering spa treatment and it was special treat for my wife.
When I went to book the spa treatment as a surprise for my wife,I was told the spa treatments are no longer available and we have removed it from our website.
This information was not given to me prior to our attendance.
