Location of the Hotel is perfect, in the centre of the City and close to all amenities. If we come again to Bristol, we will certainly stay there. "Elevator was broken. Old broken down furniture. Black mold in the bathroom. All around horrible property."

"Easy chill check in, nice room comfy bed. Good price for bank holiday weekend. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of the city - our room was noisy from the outside bars and clubs with the window open, but this wasn’t an issue as closing them soundproofed the whole place. Bathroom very small - not much space for getting ready etc. But not an overly big issue. Overall lovely. "

"Great location hotel. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days which meant we were always chasing for top ups of teabags/milk and toilet roll. Very hard beds. Bar charges a “service charge” for pouring your drink and passing it to you - not table service - which we all found to be somewhat disagreeable . Did not try restaurants. "
