“Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs. The double room had no TV remote and the soap by the hand basin didn’t work . They fixed it the next day but these should be checked prior to arrival ! “제가 머문기간동안 리셉션에 여성분들이 대부분이고.. 아주 친절하고.. 호의적으로 맞아줍니다. 브리스톨에 다른 호텔에서도 숙박했었는데.. 시설좋은호텔은 오히려 시끄럽고 별로 친절하지도 않았지만 이곳은 조용하고 하나하나 요구사항에 다 적극적으로 수용해줍니다.오히려 가족적인분위기에 안전한 느낌이었답니다 오래된 건물 이지만 스팀 잘나오고 청소 잘해줍니다. 아침도 배부르게 먹을수 있답니다 .적극추천 합니다.”

“Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom garden flat. Accommodation deserves its high hotels.com rating. Parking was included through hotels.com but I would have been annoyed if asked to pay thei advertised fee per night where there's clearly sufficient parking for one car per apartment. ”

“The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. “The pictures didn't match the actual furnishing of the property. The "smart" TV was just netflix or YouTube. The whole property needed cleaning properly.”

“A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. ”
