"Have stayed here on numerous occasions but this room was the worst. Tiny. Dark. Small bed no view. tiny bathroom. Water was hot and building warm. Won’t be back. "

"Hotel was lovely, friendly staff, the room was stylish, spacious and clean with a double bed and a single bed. Perfect for my daughter, her friend and I. My only complaint was the single bed had a tilt which made for uncomfortable sleeping. If you turned left you were slightly inclined, if you turned onto your right you felt you were tilted downwards. I didn't realise until I went to bed on the first night and as we only had two nights I did not complain. The girls were comfortable on their bed. Mentioned it to the staff at checkout. They apologised. Hope it's sorted because it may have been the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had at a hotel."
