"Excellent service - all staff were friendly and helpful. The room finishes are very tired, but I was expecting this as it is clearly stated on their website and in the lobby that they are currently renovating. Everything was very clean and I think the reasonable pricing I received is reflective of the worn conditions. Great central location, walking distance to restaurants. I appreciated the above-ground parking and for quick access to come and go, with no waits or charges for a valet service. Thank you to the front desk for having coffee ready to go when I checked out very early in the morning."

"We arrived at the hotel quite late with our children. The room itself was fairly small, and we were a little surprised to be given a room on the second floor. With a family and young children, a ground-floor room would probably have been more practical and comfortable, especially since children naturally move around and can make more noise than adults. The biggest issue was the electrical outlets. Almost none of the outlets in the room were working. The only ones that worked were the outlets connected to the lamp and the refrigerator. This made charging our devices very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. Although it was available, the connection kept dropping and was often unusable. Overall, the stay was manageable, but these issues definitely affected our comfort."

"Great for families, rooms are outdated is the only drawback, pullout was quite worn. Having a full kitchenette was ideal for a family vacation. All and all staff were helpful and prompt, location was perfect. Look forward to what this resort will be like after some room makeovers"
