“We stayed for one night during a long trip from the highlands and is the perfect place to stay. The onsite team are extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent and our room was comfy/clean/ warm and well appointed. The bar is quite popular and is a good place to enjoy a drink and a real bonus is the fleece inn is extremely dog friendly. There is a grass area outside with easy access and places where can dine in the pub with canine companions. Everyone was so friendly particularly...

“Clean room, fairly comfortable.”

“This was our second visit to Mytton Fold and as on our previous visit we found the hotel to be excellent. It is nicely located to take advantage on the Forest of Bowland, the lakes and Yorkshire. The food options in the bar and restaurant were excellent as were the breakfast options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were of a good size and it was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge which was refreshed each day. To top it all it was very good value.”

The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.”
