"Hotel was clean and staff were excellent from the reception staff ,restaurant staff and the lovely lady on duty in the Soa on Saturday morning . We felt that the room we were allocated was on the small side and an attic room and although the property did ask on numerous occasions if we had any disabilities and did convey that there was no lifts in the property we didn’t appreciate that our room would be an attic room on the 3rd floor . Although we aren’t disabled the climb to the attic was a bit much at times . This room was comfortable enough the fact that there was no window to open and the windows were small and the only view we had was sky .This was not what was shown on the booking site . The room wound be ideal for single occupancy . The shower cubicle was on the small side and a shower curtain instead of a screen . The room was clean but is in need of some repair . Bathroom window felt really loose when I opened it as no fan in bathroom to allow steam to disperse and when trying to close it I thought it was going to break . This did not spoil our stay as the Staff were attentive and very efficient . Food was delicious. Overall a great experience and if we were to revisit I would make sure that we didn’t book a small attic room ."

"The "Check In" gentleman was so helpful; his manner was perfect. Our double room was large and spotless; we could not fault it. We had a wonderful end to the night, the bar manageress was chatty and very friendly After a wonderful night's sleep, we had a breakfast to die for. Wonderful Hotel, HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was OK - but some items were overcooked. I had to print something, which they offered to do, but it took a few hours and then it was lost before I could pick it up, so I had to print again."

"Hotel was very nice and the staff were great. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Only down side is there is limited parking, but a car park is only a block away. Would definitely stay here again."
