"Great staff and excellent service. The only downside was the elevator being out of service, which made carrying two large containers of clothes up to the third floor difficult. Overall, a positive experience."

"Being centrally located proved very useful when I stayed there for the city's zine fest. It offered a nice home base, providing easy access to the library where the fest took place, and I enjoyed the free/discounted breakfast at the restaurant next door. Rooms were clean. If I come back next year, I'd definitely consider staying there again."

"Hotel was partially updated. The tile in the bathrooms was old and there was residue from water around the toilet. The bathtub didn't have a non-skid surface and was slightly slippery. The shower curtain didn't have any magnets or any other means of keeping it in place so it was difficult to manage. The hotel has a non-smoking policy but the room we were given had an odor of smoke. We were given another room, no problem. Signage was poor. There are different wings to the hotel. Determining which way to go to get to our room was puzzling."
