"I put State from May 14 through May 16. I requested a handicap accessible room upon my arrival. I was told that there were none and that I had to take a room upstairs but it was right there just climb the stairs. It’s right there. Well that was the second lie I went back downstairs to the front desk and let another young lady know that that room was not going to work for me so she booked me into a room on the first floor that the other young lady said they didn’t have went into that room unpacked and realized that their air conditioner wasn’t working so I’ll let the front desk know they gave me another room around the back of the hotel on the first floor the keys wouldn’t open the door had to go back around the hotel to the front desk and let them know they gave us another room. Keys did not open the door went around to the front desk again they gave us another room so finally we could open the door, the room was clean, and unlike the first unlike the second room, they put us in which smell like an old dirty ashtray. on the evening of the 15th went to our room the key would not work had to go around the hotel to the front desk. They gave us another key went to the back of the hotel. The key did not work went to the front of the hotel to the desk again and they said that someone would come and unlock the door for us. Someone be on the 15th when we left the hotel to take care of some business upon our return went to our room. The key would not work went back to the front desk t"

The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place."
