"Booked this hotel for a day at Knott's Berry Farm. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk to the park. The front desk staff was incredibly sweet, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Booked a King room so there was a separate living room and kitchen area in addition to the bedroom. The King room was on the back side of the hotel, so we didn't hear any street or traffic noises. Everything was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the tropical vibes of this hotel. Lots of palm trees and lush plants in the courtyard area where the pool and hot tub reside. The only issues we ran into is that: (1) only one of the 3-4 elevators were working. we were on the 3rd floor and had to lug everything up and down the stairs. (2) we booked this hotel over others because of the hot tub. It was nice and warm, but the jets did not work. It was a minor disappointment. With that, we would love to stay here again. The King room was very spacious and lovely. "

"Place is great! If going to Disney…UBER! $20 and you avoid the parking garage. Room great, kitchen very helpful. Could have a bit more options for the breakfast they offer but overall awesome!"
