"A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. "Overall the stay and atmosphere was good, staff was great. Location was perfect. The only thing negative was that the AC was centrally controlled and it was very warm in the room all night . We called to change the temp and they said they did it but it never reflected on the thermostat so we had to sleep with the window open."
