Very clean and nice staff in the breakfast area. Employee was watchful and made sure everything was put away and in order. Had trouble with the key at first and receptionist was helpful and replaced the key right away. Would stay once again!

We travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels, the staff at this location were the most friendly and helpful we have ever come in contact with. Every staff member greeted us and offered help when it was needed. We were very impressed, I wish all hotel staff were as awesome as they were! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It’s in a small town which was nice for us. We will absolutely stay here again in the future if we pass through.

No staff for check in for over 15 mins. Rang the "for assistance" buzzer multiple times but no one came. Phone was ringing off the hook the whole time. Room was fine but the AC was rattling so loud it was hard to sleep, not to mention the train tracks next door. If you don't mind cold eggs and sausage breakfast was ok (though the staff in the breakfast room was very nice). One of the worst BW's I've stayed in.
