The office staff tried to charge an extra $100 on my card for a "deposit" without asking me, I had booked this through a third party and no mention about having to pay an additional $100 deposit for this room, felt I was being scammed, we were going to go to another hotel, then they waived the $100 fee and we stayed. All hotels overpriced here in LA. "

The housekeeper came to our room early and we weren’t ready. She said she’d come back after her 1pm break and never did. Otherwise a very good place to stay!"
