"Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. The kids loved being able to explore the park and find all of the playgrounds and even did some possum spotting inside the park. The pools were clean and the warm pools were a hit...

"We had passed this property a few times on previous stays in that area. This time we were lucky to find it available for our Sandman50 weekend. Our room although up some stairs was perfect as we wouldn't disturb other guests as we had a 2am start and the room was huge, everything worked, my wife loved the shower and I fully appreciated the spa after my race. "The Resort is out of town and on the beach; the peace that comes with that also means you have to use your car whenever you are going somewhere, and if you are having a drink, you can only eat at the resort - there are no ubers in Bunker Bay! We arrived in the evening, eco resort also means 'no lights used' and had to transfer everything from the car in the dark - mothers day flower arrangements were broken and items lost in the transfer and evening drive in a golf cart to get to your room. ...
