"When we checked into the hotel we were informed that the hotel had been sold and that they were only open for the final few guests and would be closing as soon as we left. While the staff did a great job, we would not have stayed there if we had known this when we made the reservation. Since we made the reservation through travelocity we couldn't cancel it so we would have lost our money if we went somewhere else."

"We had attended a wedding and got to the hotel around 10:00 pm. The room we were given first was filthy. Bed not made, trash on floor, black inside toilet and wet, dirty laundry in bathtub. I asked for another room and was given one. It was slightly better. Torn furniture, not clean, another black toilet. My son and daughter-in-law's room had burn holes in the bedspread and one used towel. They went home and didn't stay. We took their room as it was the best of the three. So we ended up paying...
