Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pub. Good breakfast. Perfect for Buxton stop over. 2minute walk from Opera House for gig we were at. And parking nearby.

Nice clean room. Large, had 2 single and double beds. Room was off the courtyard, so easy to access and minimal noise carried over from the pub. Pleasant service. Note that need to use key card to turn on power in the room. Would stay again.

Thought the location would be noisy, but the rooms were nicely tucked away behind the pub. Rooms are not spacious, but are well maintained and cleaned daily. Only issue I came across was that the shower waste needs some drain unblocker, but I'm not going to score them down for something that might never have been reported to them. Would definately recommend for a one or two night stay. Buxton too, is well worth a visit.

Really lovely room, set away from the pub. A band playing on Saturday night, and couldn't hear them from my room. Staff lovely, as we're the regulars who I got chatting to when I popped into the pub for a drink. Thanks for a great stay

Lovely clean room & very little noise from the pub, which was absolutely rocking, on Saturday night. Helpful & friendly staff (who also sorted the heating for us). My Mum had the ground floor ā€˜accessibleā€™ room as she has trouble with stairs & thatā€™s AMAZING. Itā€™s a great spot to access the town: love Buxton. Our second time there & will be returning.

Great stay in Buxton

Location and facilities great, as were the staff and management. Breakfast was one of the best ever. Buxton is a fabulous place, and we will go there again and stay at the Queens Head.

Lovely clean room. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Good location. Numerous good nearby breakfast/ dining places. Although it does not have it's own parking you can park for free in nearby streets.
