"Pulling up to the hotel, we saw broken glass in several spots in the parking lot. The whole hotel has a funky aroma, its a mix of cigarettes and some kind of amonia smell. When we got to our room, it looked like the door had been pried open with a crowbar. We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, we switched rooms 3 times. Cobwebs, crumbs on the couch, fecal matter in the toliet, stains on the bedding, bugs crawling out of the air conditioning unit. We were in the room for less than an hour and checked out before midnight. Very disappointed in this Wyndham hotel, I can not believe that people stay here. There were some other things that weren't necessarily dealbreakers but still speak to the upkeep/care of this hotel, such as paint that had been a repair job that didnt match the walls, carpet coming up on the floor, long cords plugged in far away, outdated small television, the shower also was just a higher ridge on the floor with a curtain and drain. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not offer refunds, so you will be out of a place to stay and your money as well. Check out the other reviews and you will see that this is a common experience at this hotel. "

"The pool seating was comfortable,the food was not to great. If food was better customers will buy more and feel comfortable eating and staying longer. We will be coming kids love it! This would be our fourth time going!"

"Our room was clean, equipped with the usual - iron & board, safe, TV. Our room had a well appointed kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, sm. coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, saucers, cups and glasses, NICE SOFA BED AREAThe location was excellent, right off of the and near a grocery AND drug store, restaurants/fast food. The staff was excellent - always responding in a timely and respectful manner (front desk, housekeeping AND maintenance!). Breakfast was meh ok, but what do expect - sufficient for a free meal. Pool area was pretty good, my grandchildren enjoyed it immensely. Anyway my husband and I enjoyed our visit at HYATT HOUSE SAN RAMON, CA."

"Water pressure is not so good. The noise is a problem, and they give you earplugs, but it still is a problem. You’re lucky if you get a room where it is minimized as we did. "
