“The front office lady was definitely not suited to front office work, had no customer service mindset. We were there just for a night, and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight from Bradley airport. I had only one request, that the room be as close to the main entrance as possible. “No breakfast given - as advertised - due to Board of Health closing down the kitchen. No word of this was put on their site. Creepy feeling with a downstairs laundry area that was in shambles and obviously not available AND despite two attempts to look at Fitness room, I was never able to locate it. Very drab, run-down appearance. Unfamiliar with area and later found Courtyard by Marriott very close by as well as a Motel 8. Either were better located to eateries and in better condition.”
