We loved the desert atmosphere, and every unit had privacy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff helped us keep organized. The employees was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everyone there greeted us by name and always had a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed the free onsite museum. They have an exceptional spa you can get pampered at. The entire resort was very relaxing. A little pricey but you pay for luxury I give it 5 stars.

Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

The Westin is by far my favorite hotel to stay in at Los Cabos. Its beautiful architecture is breath taking, ocean view is incredible and the staff goes above and beyond to help. It has wonderful restaurants and a private beach. I have stayed at the Westin Los Cabos every time I have been there since 2013...Awesome hotel!

Excellent across the board as far as staff and facilities go. However, there was a huge issue during our entire stay regarding dinner. From what we gathered while we were there was they were fairly short staffed. This meant long, frustrating waits to eat at any restaurant, every night. They didn’t have enough staff too cook, wait, or clear tables. We still don’t understand why they didn’t have any buffets open for dinner to solve this problem. So most people seemed to resort to room service as...

Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.

This was the most amazing property I’ve ever been to for every reason. There was natural and architectural beauty, the rooms were amazing with huge ceilings and floor to ceiling windows,
and a plunge pool. This is the first time I’ve actually spent quality time in my room.
The food was fabulous and the service top notch everywhere. It’s an especially great place to stay during Covid since everything is outdoor. Wonderful…

Amazing view. Amazing staff. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Breakfast is amazing and my wife and I ate their French toast nearly everyday. Here are a few pointers when staying at The Cape:
1) Pick your seats at pool prior to going to breakfast and leave non valuable items on the seat. Best real estate goes quickly.
2) Eat their French toast it is too die for.
3) There is absolutely no way to swim in the beach. Too dangerous. Still an amazing view. Watch the surfers catch waves...

This resort just opened and it is luxury and service at its best. Modern, sleek, with excellent service. The resort dining was spectacular ~ the Café des Artistes menu was tempting, the signature drinks tasty, we opted to try the transitions price fixe course menu and it was wonderful. It was my husband's birthday, so the staff made it extra special at dessert time! The rooms are comfortable and well thought out, the beds comfy and the terrace was wonderful to start and end the day, sitting and...

Location was great for our purpose to explore the marina for shopping and restaurants without being limited to a resort. It’s an older resort but kept up nicely. I would recommend the fifth or sixth floor for a better view of the marina. We didn’t go all inclusive (no high end alcohol) but recommend purchasing the daily breakfast buffet. The only complaint is that they charge for in-room coffee you make from the coffee maker. The marina restaurants and boutiques can be expensive but the nearby...

We recently booked City Express as a last minute booking based on the fact that it was inexpensive, available and newly built. We would rather be in a new building that was less lux than a tired old operation that is more upscale. City Express is very similar to a Holiday Inn Express in than it is purpose built for professional travelers that want everything to work and don't care so much about the location by the beach etc.
That said it is within easy view of the $400 a night Riu...

Do not book it on expedia. It is a great all inclusive property... but when you book it on expedia you are not booking for it to be all inclusive so they charge you an additional $100 a day when you arrive there for it to be all inclusive.

The only thing I do want to say is the shower door is the bathroom door so it’s not soundproof at all which is OK during the day but not during the night or if anyone has any kind of illness. Other than that it was beautiful, clean, fun, decent food and a really nice staff.. a tip for the restaurant as we were really looking forward to having authentic Mexican food and the food seemed a little bit strange because it was a lot of pasta and sandwiches and chicken wings and we really just wanted...
