“This is the absolute nicest motel 6 I’ve ever been to. It is the first Motel 6 ever built and, therefore, was on my travel bucket list. It’s all decorated in midcentury modern and the rooms have retro style fridge and microwaves. Also they provide shampoo and body wash in the shower. The best part is it is 100% easily walkable to the beach and you could also walk to the Santa Barbara Zoo quite easily.”

“위치도 좋고 방사이즈는 작지만 무엇보다 방 상태가 쾌적하고 아주 깨끗해서 좋습니다.. 벽난로가 있는 방에 머물렀는데, 방분위기가 휴양지에 온 기분을 충분히 느낄 수 있게 인테리어를 해 놓아서 운치있고 좋았습니다.. 단, 엘리베이터가 없어 가방을 옮기는 데 불편함이 있었고, 주차공간이협소해서 좀 불편했습니다.. ”

“트윈베드로 예약하였으나 체크인시 트윈베드는 없다며 킹베드에 간이침대를 붙여줬습니다. 트윈배드는 요청사항도 아니고 처음 예약을 그렇게 받았는데 없다는게 이해가 되지 않았고, 없으면 방을 업그레이드 해준다거나 할수도 있는데 그렇지 않았습니다. 호텔은 세 건물로 되어있는데 로비가 없는 쪽은 관리가 덜 되는 느낌입니다. 위치나 청결도 등은 좋았습니다.”

“위치 및 가격, 직원들의 친절 정도 등은 장점 하지만 주차비 별도($25), 심지어는 샤워타월을 돈을 받더라구요($2) 샤워한후 드라이어도 사용하지 않았네요 돈을 받을것 같은 분위기ㅠ.ㅠ”

“It is a beautifully refurbished older hotel, a great combination of charm and modern convenience. Also, it’s walking distance to a number of great restaurants and to Butterfly Beach.”

“This boutique Motel is a block away from State Street. The grounds were very nicely decorated with plenty of seats available. There is no swimming pool here as it looks like they might have converted that into a sand area. The Motel was converted back in 2018 and has a nautical theme. The hotel is pricey for what you are paying for without the premium aspect of it. The Hostkey app did not work to retrieve my key. Had to check in to the front desk and get a physical key for our room. ...

“Awesome location! Walkable distance to everything. Small rooms, tiny restrooms / water gets everywhere. Clean room. Some things may need to be updated. Overall good stay. 8/10.”

“The Hilton Beachfront Resort was a very large and older resort that lacked luster. The hotel facilities were outdated and not well maintained. The best examples were the gates to enter the pool area were key fob operated but did not work. The hotel hallways had wall patches throughout many buildings. In the Camilia building where we stayed all three ice machines did not work. The gym was very outdated and not maintained very well. The pool area was not monitored by staff where it seemed...

“This was an amazing, clean property with a nice kitchen. It was only steps away from the beach, wharf and marina. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked and there is access to the pool and hot tub across the street. They also had a free wine and cheese happy hour and breakfast.”
