"We stay here often as the price is good and it’s just an overnight. One issue is the televisions are almost always not working or the WiFi is not working. The last two times the showers have had stained shower curtains and falling apart. This last room the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to collapse, paint was hanging down and Sheetrock all messed up. The room had a strong odor and the AC struggled to get cold."

"The tub had a leak and the shower head was mounted so low that it pointed at my belly button. I had to squat down to take a shower. The leak also caused a film of mold and mildew to form around the bottom of the tub and caused the drain lever to corrode. The breakfast at the diner next door was okay, but the included beverage was not enough to compliment the amount of food that was provided. The size of the portions was also very small."

"This property is a perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. Very unassuming from the outside but once you enter the lobby everything changes. Beautiful little lobby, bar and pool/hot-tub area. Rooms are amazing with a European flair. Beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in an hotel. Staff is amazing. Family owned and operated. Absolute West Texas jewel! "
