"What a sensational resort! The location was amazing with the beach just over the road. The bars and restaurants were within a very short walk but we didn’t hear a thing from these locations at night. The pool area and gardens were beautiful. My only concern was with the servicing of the room. We stayed for 3 weeks and while the towels and linen were changed weekly, the bathroom, kitchen, floors and toilets were not cleaned in that time. There were no cleaning products left in the rooms so I couldn’t do it myself. It was the only disappointment as the rest of the accommodation was wonderful."

I have one comment. Not related to the accommodation but more for Expedia. They listed our room but didn’t specify that you need to recommend a type of room you want even though when we booked it was pictures on a higher floor with ocean views but we put on ground level next to the pool area. Again, not a fault of the seachange but Expedia. They need to correct this for future."
