A very average hotel in a very convenient location. The room is clean enough, quiet enough, and has everything you need. Be prepared to wake up with the sun as the blinds are installed in a way that a TON of light gets through them. Lots of little things wrong that shows a lack of maintenance, ie. the shower head leaks onto the bathroom floor, the iron was leaky, the carpet is peeling everywhere, etc. This is applicable both to the room and the property as the whole place is pretty rundown. All of this is fairly cosmetic, but keep your expectations low on what you're getting here as it's not going to look or feel nice. If you need a cheap-ish place to stay downtown this is a decent option, but would suggest spending up a bit as the other hotels in the area are much nicer than this one. Be aware that parking is $21 a day as well, and if you're bringing a vehicle over 6ft it's going to be parked outside in a fairly sketchy neighborhood.

The service by the staff was good. Location is good. There's a moldy smell coming from the bathroom and the water. Some signs of black mold and the bathroom fan didnt work well enough. Bathroom light was hanging by a couple of loose bolts.

We enjoyed the area Accessibility. Breakfast was good. We had an issue when the fire alarm went off because that the staff were not ready or knew what to do or how to direct people to all be outside of the hotel. A good number of people were just standing in the lobby throughout even when the fire trucks arrived
