Overall not bad, although amenities were fewer than I would hope for, especially slippers and toothbrushes. The coffee pot in the room was a bit dirty, but there were hot tea and the coffee at the lobby.

We like the convenience of staying here prior to early morning flights. We leave our car for the week - good rate. We also like moxies. Our last stay was extremely noisy - people yelling in hallways most of night.

I like the hotel but not sure why the shuttle driver insisting on giving him the name of my car rental company at the airport . As it turned out, it's really just one building at the airport . Not sure why he kept on insisting , why was it his business ? He stopped at the building and I just walked in.

Spent one night as flying out in am. Appreciate free shuttle service and went without a hitch. Unfortunately Moxie's restaurant was under renovation but they converted conference rooms for dining. Not the best but far better than no restaurant. There also is a Dennys. Always have had a good experience staying here when flying out of Calgary. I consider it good value for the money.

Was nice and close to the airport with friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. The room was little dingy in terms of paint but was clean. Also pool and hot tub weren’t working

I had a pet so they moved me to a pet room which was run down yet i had to pay the same as others with similar room but in better condition and i had to pay for a pet fee. Front desk check in was not pleasant. Check out staff was nice. Two fridges in my room and they still use powdered stuff for coffees. Not enough choices for teas. Moxies was not available yet they advertise it is. They should advise upon check in that it is not available.

Sorry to say the hotel had given me what I expected until the last day when I checked out and things went unexpected! First, they have the option for guest to pay at check out. I would warn not to do this. This is the option got me in final payment not match my booking price and not due to my mistake. It was the front receptionist discharged my credit card to another guest’s stay price (which was higher than mine) and then she just deduct the difference instead of removed the whole transaction. She only informed me I was paid. So end up when my credit card bill came in and due to some currency transactions, I think my total payment is $25 more than what was expected in the booking. I felt like I paid extra for the receptionist’s mistake. Yah, very disappointed on this confusing transaction and learn a lesson that I probably won’t consider the service like this anymore!
