โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

โWe love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland.
