Shower can be better designed as the water would easier spilled out. and there is no where you can hang the towel. Hotel staff are generally nice. But when we checked in, they never told us about the late afternoon refreshment, neither offered anything when we passed by in late afternoon. Kimpton typically offers refreshment in the late afternoon so I felt odd when there...
