"Run down resort, key card not working, low water pressure and no hot water available, the worst part I was not able to flush the toilet. I complained to the management regarding broken toilet and also trash inside the villa’s personal jacuzzi. Not sure they even do the chlorine treatment with the jacuzzi."

"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff has to turn on the water fall each day and also comes around 6pm to shut it off. My wife and I were very disappointed. The items they share on the website were not available or not operational when we stayed. "

"When I first entered the grounds I saw a sign “strictly no one under 18 “ I thought abit odd. Then as I was taken to the room I found out why the side of the building looked off … they are all garage doors to hide your car from prying eyes !! The room is upstairs above the garage !!!! Rooms are good and reasonably priced . Service was good "

The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news."
