"Truly heartwarming stay at Solaria Hotel I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one deserves it! If you don’t want to read it all: Highly recommend Solaria Hotel — amazing staff (especially Daria and Susan) and wonderful service. It’s now my No.1 hotel to return to in Hanoi! We stayed one night before heading to Ha Long Bay to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Ms. Daria made everything smooth and warm — from check-in to even singing a birthday song for my mom! The cake was lovely, and our room was cozy and peaceful. That night, an ATM ate my card, and Ms. Susan helped me like a true professional — arranging everything so I could get it back later. Even after checkout, she kept checking on me via WhatsApp! I was really touched by her care. Also, the spa was incredible — my parents said it was the best massage they had in Vietnam, even compared to the pricey ones! I later stayed at another hotel but missed Solaria so much. Tried to rebook but it was already full — and I can totally see why. Warm staff, genuine care, and unforgettable service. 💛 Thank you, Daria and Susan — you made our trip truly special!"

"사파-하노이 간 버스에 핸드폰을 놓고 내려 호텔 도착하자마자 직원에게 도움을 요청하였는데 친절하고 적극적인 도움으로 무사히 되찾을 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 여행을 아름답게 마무리할 수 있어 감사했습니다. 주요 관광 스팟을 도보로 이동할 수 있는 최적에 위치해 있어 편안한 하노이 여행을 할 수 있었고 특히 루프탑 수영장은 아담하지만 하노이 전경을 감상 할 수 있는 훌륭한 스팟입니다. 한 분도 빠짐없이 직원 분들 모두 친절하고 전문적이며 다시 하노이 여행을 간다면 망설임 없이 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다. "

"The location is great, and the facilities are excellent. Since I was on a business trip, I needed to use my laptop, and it was very convenient to do so here. The breakfast was also excellent. I really appreciated that the hotel had a fitness center as well. This hotel is outstanding for its price. Jenny and Thomas were very kind and helpful in many ways. I would like to commend them. When I called a taxi, it was pouring rain. Since they lent me an umbrella, I had no problem going out. On the way to the airport, they even held an umbrella over me while I got into the taxi, so I didn’t get wet at all. This is truly a wonderful hotel. I plan to stay here again when I visit Hanoi next time. There was a sewer odor in the bathroom, but they changed my room. In some rooms, the sewer smell can be quite strong. Also, there was a lot of dust in the bathroom ceiling vent—I hope they replace it. Despite these drawbacks, I would still give this hotel a perfect 100 points. I support their efforts to become an even better hotel."

"모녀 여행으로 방문한 이번 숙박은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 호텔리어분들의 친절함이 인상 깊었어요. 성당 행사로 인해 공항 드롭 서비스를 제공할 때 호텔 앞에 차량이 주정차할 수 없는 상황이었음에도 불구하고, 호텔 관계자분들이 택시가 대기 중인 곳까지 직접 나와 우리의 짐을 옮겨주신 점이 정말 감사했습니다. 조식도 매일 제공되었고, 특히 망고를 좋아하는 저에게는 매일 아침 신선한 망고를 마음껏 먹을 수 있어 큰 즐거움이었어요. 쌀국수도 정말 맛있었습니다! 😊 하우스키핑도 매일 깨끗하게 잘 정돈해주셨고 체크아웃 시에는 빠르고 정중한 응대와 함께 엄마와 저에게 에코백을 굿바이 기프트로 선물해주신 베트남 여성 리셉션 직원분의 밝은 미소와 친절함이 특히 기억에 남습니다. 진심으로 감사드리며 꼭 칭찬드리고 싶어요. 주변 친구들에게도 꼭 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 단 하나 아쉬웠던 점이 있다면, 조명이 간접조명 위주라서 화장할 때 섬세한 표현이 잘 보이지 않았다는 점이에요. 화장실 조명도 마찬가지여서, 결국 작은 손거울을 이용해 창가 쪽에서 커튼을 열고 자연광 아래서 화장을 해야 했던 번거로움이 있었습니다. 이 점만 보완된다면 정말 완벽한 숙소라고 생각해요. 다시 한 번 감사드리며, 좋은 기억으로 오래 남을 것 같습니다."

"위치가 호암끼엔 호수에서 도보 10분 정도 거리에 있어 하노이 도보 여행에 좋은 곳입니다. 체크인 및 체크아웃 시 엄청 친절하게 수속을 해 주었으며, 조식도 부페식에 추가 무료 주문 메뉴(쌀국수, 스프링롤 등)까지 있어 다양한 음식들을 경험할 수 있었습니다."
