We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". "The hotel is an impressive structure amongst other impressive buildings. Reception staff are good and sort things out efficiently.
The rooms are generous in size and are fitted very nicely. Big patio doors are nice but a tad heavy to open.
