"The first thing you see is the unfinished wood staircase on the outside (there is no elevator). There was no one at the front desk, instead a machine to speak to. This machine had a screen with a person you were to speak with. He was not on property. He asked for my information. I do not feel comfortable giving my information to what could be AI. When someone did come up to the desk he was not friendly. He gave us keys to a room that smelled like old urine. We did NOT stay here. We drove to another hotel. Very disappointing."
