It was fine for a layover just to be close to the airport. There wasn’t shampoo in the shower though.

The room wall is super thin, you can hear the other rooms 🙄 and parking is limited, could be a bit better.

It's ok hotel
The hotel is good. The service on front desk takes forever, no much staff. After that it is ok.

The best budget hotel in Campinas
This is a great budget hotel. Was very clean with service every day. Had a small shop for bottled water, quick food etc. The disappointing fact was the car park which is not run by the hotel so is expensive. The staff was outstanding except at the last minute after spending 15 days there they could not provide a late check out to 3 pm before charging me half day. Otherwise it would be a ten!

Cama péssima, colchão já com memória de canoa, afundado, vou ficar com dor nas costas por um tempo por causa disso. Dificilmente eu volto a este hotel. Refeição muito cara e prato pobre, apresentação ruim e sabor muito mediano.

O custo benefício é ruim, deveria ser muito mais barato pra compensar tudo que o hotel não oferece. Ao entrar no quarto notei que a cama da minha filha não estava feita e não tinha lençóis e toalha pra ela. Mesmo sendo um erro deles, ao entrar em contato com a recepção tive que descer pra pegar as coisas e eu mesmo arrumar a cama.

Quarto sem frigobar. Banheiros separados, ou seja, vaso sanitário em um compartimento e chuveiro em outro, lavabo dentro do quarto, vaso sanitário não tem ducha higiênica. Banheiro muito pequeno.

O quarto foi 1759, o mesmo tinha um cheiro terrivel de esgoto, INSUPORTÁVEL, não consegui dormir nada. Uma péssima experiencia pela primeira vez utilizando os serviços do hotel.

Lugar excelente, tudo bom , porém , muito barulhento, as portas para serem fechadas tem que bater é isso incomoda bastante, toda vez que seu vizinho de quarto sai , vc sabe ! As vezes estamos dormindo e o barulho assusta !
