"The location of this hotel was great. 15 min walk straight down to the Promenade and less than 5 mins to train and tram stations. The staff were lovely, very friendly. The small outside garden/pool area was lovely. Never busy and a great place to relax. We reserved the room with a balcony but it was a tiny balcony and there was limited storage in the room itself. No drawers and only one cupboard with 2 shelves and a very short hanging space, no use for dresses. The photos looked like lots of drawers but the design of the slightly unusual furniture was actual just false drawers. We had a slight issue with a damp smell in the room. I did speak to reception about this and the girl thanked me for letting them know but nothing was done or offered to address the issue which was our only downside with this hotel."

"Lovely staff, clean rooms but the limescale in the shower is a little off putting, even though I get the water is hard so it’s difficult to keep on top of. Can’t be beaten for location, slap bang in the middle of nice! Also if you’re looking for a lovely dinner, head to chateaux Marie directly opposite. Lovely setting and great food! Overall really lovely stay, would recommend."

"We stayed at Le Meridian for 11 nights, two adults and one child. The best part of this stay was where the hotel was located. Beach was across the street, Starbucks a 5 min walk, good restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, markets, and designer boutiques. Ubers are able to pick you up directly in front of the hotel, trains and public transportation are also nearby. It was really hot during our stay. The AC was ok. It could have been better considering it’s a four star hotel. Housekeeping missed our room a few times and we had to address this with the front desk. I do want to give kudos to Nila, room attendant. She is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She responded right away and took care of our room when it was skipped by another housekeeper. Very friendly and always had a smile on her face. She made our stay more pleasant. Overall we had a good time at the property. I do recommend and would be back."

"An incredible stay! Loved the rooftop bar and pool and breakfast was amazing! We had one of the premium rooms with terrace and Notre Dame view and it was totally worth it. The room was spacious, beautiful and the terrace so lovely. Will definitely return!"
