"Super well located in Puerto Morelos! 5 min walk to the beach. Good places to eat and hang out around. Keep in it’s a hostel, but our room was confortable and did the job for a short stay! Would return! "

"Unfortunately we could not find the place! We circled the block multiple times, got out an walked from building to building. I found a call box on the building at the address provided but it either didn’t work or no one was there to answer it. No signs at all on the building or anywhere near it. We ended up giving up hope and finding a last minute hotel. "

"I booked twice at this inclusive (solo trip) and all I can say is that it is a perfect hotel to relax by yourself, your partner or family it’s very kid friendly. As I mentioned I went solo and the staff made me feel safe they are friendly and greet you all the time. The activities that are included are awesome in case you get bored of relaxing hahaha 100/10 "

"We had an excellent time at Sunscape All-Inclusive Resort. It was our first trip with our baby and cannot speak highly enough of how the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Always there to help with a high chair and had a crib ready for us with fresh sheets each day. The resort is easily accessible with a stroller and easy to get around. The food was excellent! We loved the various restaurants, especially Azul, On Sunset and Viaggio. You can tell how much care the staff take looking after the property. Everywhere you go on the resort is clean. It’s evident the staff truly care and would highly recommend to anyone with little ones. No matter who you ran into in the halls, around the pool or in restaurants, all staff were so kind. Special thanks to Cesar at the front desk, Martin at Azul restaurant (and coconut drink designs by the pool) and Jose at the bar. These three gentleman truly made us feel at home. "

"My wife and I loved our 3 night stay in late September. Being a family resort, this time of year was perfect to get some relaxing time without having to go to an adult-only resort. Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious. We had a partial ocean view which was much better than we saw on other reviews. Buffet food was decent, but lacked more beef options. We also liked the Asian and Italian restaurants — the Mexican was okay. We didn’t try the other restaurants. Staff was very welcoming, but front desk had a slight bit of an arrogant tone. We’re very happy we chose this hotel."
