"There was only one clerk at the desk at 4pm, and constantly 3-5 arrivals awaiting check-in processing. She did her best to be efficient, but really should be two clerks during the rush. The suite was pleasant, but it is about 3yrs past its best before date in terms of the furnishings condition. "Our stay was great, we were there one night the room was almost like a small house, it felt very spacious and almost like home, the hot tube and pool was just great to be able to use. My wife and i would definitely recommend for a nice little get away."

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."
