“Beds and rooms clean and comfortable. Duck Cove Inn has a lovely riverview. Breakfast restaurant on site was convenient and nice.”

“This property actually would have been great and received five stars from me except that the boilers were down and there was no heat in the room. I wouldn't have even minded that so much if the staff would have just admitted it. They did offer to move us to another room but the very same situation existed. Please just be upfront with guests. I understand things can go wrong with mechanicals in a building, just don't tell me something that isn't accurate.”

“Basic motor Inn that is old but serves the purpose. Clean sheets and blankets, hot water, air conditions, heat, tv…just a quick place to spend the night on way to Cabot trail.”

“Our garden room was very basic but bathroom looked recently redone and very clean. Not a luxury accommodation but it was clean, right on the beach, the pub food was very good. My only complaint was lack of overhead lighting in the room. We knew it would be a no frills room but it was better than we had anticipated based on other reviews I had read. It was clean, staff was helpful and it served our purpose.”

“Bed was comfortable. Room smelled stale (like old cigarette smoke). Otherwise, the room was clean and the restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient and served a decent breakfast. Entry stones were hard to navigate with luggage.”
