"Acceptable for a few nights stay and allowed dogs which was a huge plus. Didnt have a problem having 3 dogs, even though website says 2 max. (I did call beforehand just to confirm). Did NOT know about the $200 deposit, was not listed on the hotels.com website. Room was small, bathroom was miserably small, but we made it work. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable in my opinion. Housekeeping only stopped by when we asked which gets tedious to keep up with. Staff wasnt overly friendly but they were...

"The White Caps is a lovely pet friendly hotel with an outstanding & accommodating proficient staff! The hotel is very clean, has a nice pool, plenty of parking & a spectacular staff! It is a great location close to the beach & boards. It is a charming property with nostalgia. Love it!"

"Great Location if you want to be near everything. Pros are its clean and comfortable. Cons, Units shares a balcony, no area to hose off after the beach and parking is public which you pay roughly $10 a day. If you don't plan on driving at all you can park a few blocks away for free on the street."

"I read the recent review about the filth and overwhelming air freshener smell too late to cancel, so we went and I hoped for the best. Check in was like an interrogation and very unwelcoming, as we were asked how many people and if we had animals twice, as if we were not believed. The air freshener smell was indeed overwhelming. The bathroom door didnt shut, the toilet seat was dirty, the dresser reeked of mildew when you open the door and drawers. The pillows were dirty and smelled like dirty...
