โWonderfully situated near shopping and restaurants. Loved the concierge and the lady @ the breakfast kitchen. They were so helpful and so welcoming.
Weโll def be back to stay here when we visit the area in the near future!! I didnโt get their names and i should have.

โI stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.โ
โThe hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.โ
โUpon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpyโ
โPrice reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. โ
โWas very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. โ
โThe hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.โ
