"The parking was not nearby which made for a long walk into the property. The AC unit made a noise all night and there was what appeared to be mold forming on the ceiling. The tub/shower would not drain properly due to a faulty gasket on the plunger/stopper. On the positive side, the bed was nice and checkout was easy. Will not stay here again due to the location, traffic, parking and other before mentioned issues."

"Staff pleasant, however not not willing to match price of room with Expedia, when asked in person at hotel. Much better prices on Expedia. Hotel elevator not working and given room on 3rd floor. Rokm was clean. Worth price on Expedia. Overpriced if you were to book with hotel directly. "

"this hotel gave off bed bug vibes and the pull out sofa was full of god knows what, so disgusting. I wish I took pictures but we only defaulted here because our flight was delayed and we still had to drive 2 hrs to our destination and it got late out."

"RT Lodge is a serene getaway near the entrance to the Great Smokies. The food is top-rated (they just earned a Michelin recommendation) and the new spa blew me away. I stayed an extra night to go back to the spa. The pricing is reasonable for the quality and service."
